Hi All Masters Squash Players
The clock is ticking, and we now require Provinces to start committing to this great event.
Will all Provinces please advise us of the number of teams they wish to enter by the 31st March 2020. We also require by this date, a deposit of R2000-00 per team to confirm your number of team’s entered. Attached please find an entry form that can be completed and email back to Rennisha at info@midlandssquash.co.za
Below are our banking details to which the team deposits need to be paid:

Account Number: 1340539993 (Current Account)
Reference: Province Name/ Number of Teams
Thereafter we require all the players’ names and cell phone numbers per team, to be submitted to Midlands Squash by Friday the 17th April 2020, so that the sections and court allocations can be finalised. Once we have received confirmation of your teams, we will send you the team names entry forms, that can either be completed on-line on SportyHq or by completing the form and emailing it back to the Midlands Squash office.
NB: The balance of the entry fees are also due by the 17th April,2020.
The entry fee is slightly higher than last year, but this is a result of SA Masters Squash being unable to secure a major sponsor. Your entry fee of R1200-00 will include a goodies bag, 5 games of squash plus supper and a DJ/music for 4 nights of the tournament. Sunday has been set aside for provincial team dinners and provisionally for the SA Masters AGM as well as the “Golden Oldies” Dinner. All functions will be held in a marquee tent on the grounds of Collegians Club – ample secure parking is available.
As per our previous newsletter, accommodation arrangement have provisionally be made, and you are encouraged to contact the facilities listed below and make your own accommodation arrangements:
The Road Lodge has also been pre-booked for this tournament at a cost of R770/room/night excluding breakfast, or R940/room/night including breakfast. The rooms accommodate 2 people sharing (shower en suite) and are available in either double or twin beds. Situated at the Corner of Hesketh Drive & New England Road, the hotel is within easy access to the various squash courts and about 2kms from Collegians Club.
